Ginseng Chicken Soup:

Place 5 ginseng tea bags or 20 pieces of ginseng slices and 1 whole chicken into the pot, add the water just covering the chicken, bring to boiling then lower to simmer for 90 minutes, ready for serving.

Ginseng Lily Dessert:

Bring to boil 3 cups of water. Once the water is boiling, place 1 cups of lilies into the pot and lower to simmer for about 30 minutes, add 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 small jar of ginseng honey to serve both hot and cold.

Ginseng Honey Pear:
|
Place 4 peeled pears, 3 cups of water into the pot, bring to boil than lower to simmer for 30 minutes, stirring in 1 cup of sugar and 1 small jar of ginseng honey. Enjoy both hot and cold.

Ginseng Fungus Dessert:
|
1 piece of white fungus cleaned and soaking in the water over night, place fungus with 5 cups of water bring to boil then lower to simmer for 1 hour. Add 1 cup of sugar and 1 small jar of ginseng honey, serve with hot and cold.
