  • 1.Travelling with Ginseng+

    It is legal to transsport cultiivated North American Ginseng root out of Canada, including into Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

    According to the international trade policy.
    For individuals who travel with less than 4.5kg, a CITES export permit is required.
    Please let us know your final traveling destination in the "Notes" section while placing your order.
    eg, "I will bring the ginsengs to Mainland China", "I will bring the ginsengs to the USA"
    If you are transporting more than 4.5kg a commercial export permit is required.
    Both are available at certified sellers.
    Powder, pills, extracts, tonics, tea, and confectionary are exempt from CITES permit requirements.

    >Yes, any purchase over $150 CAD get free shipping to USA and Canada.
    >In Asia, Europe, South America, Australia, and Africa, the system will automatically charge CAD$50 in advance according to the specific address (generally CAD$50 or more), and the insufficient shipping fee will be notified separately.

    1. All the order received before 12pm (BC time zone) will mail out at the same day.
    2. All the parcel will deliver by Canada Post Express with signature required and will email you the tracking number once we mail out.  
  • 6.Return Policy+

    1.Returms

    We accept return. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 7 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 7 days or more have passed since your purchase,we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
    Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time,whether you are entitled to a return.If you are entited to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
    Only regular priced items may be refunded.Sale items are non-refundable. To follow-up on the status of your return, please contact us at 1-250-374-3017
    2.Exchanges
    We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged.In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective,you should promptly contact us at 1-250-374-3017 with details of the product and the defect.

    Upon receipt of the returned product,we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail,within a reasonable period of time,whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible,we will send you a replacement product.

    Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice.Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost shipping.

    4. Shipping to China

    Parcels sent to China may be inspected at the Customs. Customers will not be responsible for the charge of shipping cost under the circumstances where the customs demand to return the parcel, or due to unforeseeable circumstances. However, if the parcels were returned as a result of customers rejection to pay tax, customers are liable for bearing the International shipping fee and relevant fees involved. If customers provide erroneous or incomplete recipient names or address, customers will have to bear the relevant liability and its cots for the return of the parcels.
