 Steps of Slicing ginseng at home 

Step One
Gently rinse out ginseng roots 



Steps Two

Steaming the ginseng for 10-15 minutes, or microwave with water for 5-7 minutes.



Steps three

 When we can easily bend the ginseng root, it means it is ready to slice.
Cooking time highly depends on the size of the ginseng.
The bigger the roots are, the longer cooking time is required.



Steps Four

Cutting the slice according to your own requirement. 
The thinner we cut, the stronger flavor will come out.
