Age requirement
Minimum age is 18 years old. If under the age of 18, he or she must be accompanied by his or her guardian.
Reservations
All reservations are to be made in advance by phone or email in order to accommodate your preferences. Please let your Spa receptionist know of any special needs or requests prior to the treatment so that we can be sure to tailor the treatment to suit your needs and ensure your comfort. We do not encourage drop-ins as our practitioners may not be available to serve you at that time.
Check in
Please check in at the Spa reception at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Your suite will be reserved for you for the amount of time needed for your treatment, so it is important that you arrive on time, as we may need to shorten your treatment to compensate if you are late.
What to wear and bring
We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing at the spa. If there is a steam or bath as part of the treatment, you may wish to bring a swimsuit although we do provide towels. We provide shampoo, body wash and lotion in our private bathroom suites.
Valuables
The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the Spa premises.
Special Considerations
Guests who are pregnant, have high blood pressure, heart conditions or other medical complications are advised to consult their doctors before using any Spa services.
Cancellation Policy
Kindly provide us with a 24 hour cancellation notice for your appointment.
Failure to show up for an appointment will result in a 15% cancellation charge.
Refund Policy
The sale of treatment packages, gift cards and certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
TAX
Tax will be added to all treatments, specials and packages.
Gratuities
Please note that gratuities/tips are included in the price list.
